Post subject:  Snowkiting locations in New Brunswick Canada?

Hello,
I'm moving to Sackville, New Brunswick next year and want to get into snowkiting. I'm an experienced kiteboarder and kitesurfer but have never tried snowkiting. No snowboarding experience either. Is anyone aware of locations in/around that area? How much do locations matter? Could I just go wherever there's snow and wind? I'm 180 lbs with a 12 meter Slingshot RPM; what would be the right amount of wind for me on this kite? Would you suggest taking lessons, or could I dive right in myself(again, experienced on the water)? Thanks.

Water is always the same media. It's force of friction never really changes. Snow will be different from week to week or day to day. Hard packed/windblown snow and glazed ice will require much less kite than powder or wet heavy snow.

The nice thing is that you do not sink in snow except really deep powder. Lessons would be good, or you could get a 7 to 9 meter foil to cuss and learn on without risking your nice kite.
