This weekend is the Snowkite Rally on Mille Lacs Lake. It's developed into a pretty wicked weekend and I wanted to extend the invite one last time to all the snow lovers. We've gotten a ton of support from many wonderful sponsors. Raffle prizes from Dakine gloves and hats to a 3 day vacation in Manitoba! Best Kiteboarding is sending Jacob Buzianis to demo gear and we'll have some new Venom2's for people to fly also. Snowtrekker Winter Tents is bringing shelters for camping out on the ice if your up for it. Chris and Claudia Nygard from PASA and Kite Girl will be here leading into the PASA Instructor course next week and the Kite Girl Women's Kite Clinic Jan 27 and 28. If your girlfriend/wife has been waiting for an opportunity to learn, this will be the most welcoming environment they can hope for. 14 women are already signed up so get in quick! ehh.. still not the greatest. Chance of snow again tomorrow night so we've got our fingers crossed. No sense fighting the weather though, I'm having fun with or without it! Too bad I don't have some studded buggy tires to tear through the light snow! I'll take lots of pics for those who can't attend! A. |

That's the attitude! W/ the To Cross The Moon project, we didn't have any snow until 2 days before the crossing... then it turned on. I'll post the flyer image on the front page. -Eric |

The Rally was a great success! Thanks to any of those who made it out for the event.
