Here's a link to my Snowkite Weather App project: Right now it's a concept that has been implemented online, but it could serve as a starting point for a mobile app design. I'm looking for a good source of snow-depth data, preferably something I could request on a regular basis in XML format. Combining snow-depth + wind conditions would help make for a more useful application. Please let me know if you are aware of a service that could provide XML snow-depth data. I plan to be updating the design over time. For example, I plan to incorporate webcam images in some way and provide hourly forecasts. Please feel free to make recommendations. Thanks. |
