I'll be lookin around a few 2nd hand stores today to see what might be available...
I think the ski's tend to keep you twisted a little at the waist, as your feet and knees are pointed in the direction you want to go, and the kite pulling off to the side...It feels different on the knees and legs than when you're down hill skiing, for sure.
It looks like with a board, if you ride ducky, that you can square your body and the harness a bit more to the kite, making it a bit more comfortable on the waist and legs..?
Sure looks like walking around for kite setup in board boots might be more friendly than stiff ski boots in 12" of snow, too..
Lookin for way's I can get an extra hour of fun outta my ol' legs !
