Hello snowkiters and happy new year, The speed ranking contest is now in full weekly-prize mode and we are happy to congratulate Northeastern speedster Chris Krug (55.1mph) for taking the early season part of this year's contest just nipping past midwestern speedster, Joe Levins, and winning a Dakine t-shirt. For the week 1 winner, we would like to welcome Joe Vinch from Iowa to the list and an Ultra Nectar beanie. We will be going back to the weekly announcements and prizes - just send us your speed by mid-day Monday each week. You never know which section of the snowkiting world is running fast or slow so every run could be a prize winner.
