Hello snowkiters,

First, I happened to watch Gary Kjelleren get in some speed runs just under 60mph last Friday here at Sand Bar in Vermont. My Newf puppy was literally nearly getting blown off the leash and Gary was ripping around with his Waroo 7 on some good sharp skis and a big smile. He won the week and some Dakine board wax.

Girlstorm: We have a great group of soon to be riders set for our first ever weekend learn to snowkite camp just for women Feb 9-10. We just have a few spots left for the camp. If you or someone you know is psyched to get in on a great weekend, please contact us. For you girls out there who already ride as well as all the guys, we are having a Share the Love session Sunday afternoon (Feb 10) for the girls to show off their skills and everyone to ride together.

Kitestorm: Please note that the excellent discount rate at the Best Western Windjammer Inn is only guaranteed through Jan 30 so be sure to make your reservations. The party Saturday night will be back at the Upper Deck Pub right there so it is a great place to stay all around.

For those of you who would like to join in the Taste of Kiting Clinics or have friends who would like to try it out, please be sure to email your registration. Last year we were full by the Monday before the event and we are expecting the same this year.
