I'm always stoked to see footage from this event. SKM Serre Chevalier is holding 'kite-up-ride-down' competitions now, right?

Way to push the limits.

Team America has formed and is heading to France... Noah and myself are stoked to be planning a trip to the homeland of modern Snowkiting, and joining our Euro brothers for an epic week of Snowkiting.

The ultimate Snowkite comp, held in Switzerland at last years SKM, will continue at the Col du Lauteret in January at the 09 SKM....Yes, thats the kite up ride down 'Best Line' comp. There are very few locations that can host such an amazing event.

Of course, as it started, Chasta will be hosting this SKM, and out helping his friends achieve their wildest dreams with Snowkites.

If you have thought about attending this event, do it...you will be surrounded by like minded friends and your stoke for snowkiting will burn for yet another decade.

Hewow, TeamAmerica --- Ha! Yeah, see if the Euro 'brothers' let you enter with that name.

I'm enamered by the 'Best Line' comp... that's something I could see myself trying... and getting my tail kicked by Chasta and friends.

I get enough stoke just watching the videos. But, someday, I will make my pilgrimage to the birthplace of snowkiting (Not kiteskiing, which would be Mr. Shapson's lake in Wisconsin, right?).
