We see some lucky souls out west have been snowkiting already and are psyched for the temps here to drop and bring us some winter. But, just because we are not riding, it does not mean the speed contest has to wait. We are excited to open the speed ranking contest as of December 1, 2009. Same rules. Same (and better) great prizes. Same fun whether you are getting a personal best in the 20mph range or aiming for the top of each week above 50mph.

This year's Girlstorm is Feb 13-14, 2010 is the weekend before Kitestorm which gives riders a chance to learn or get ready to take advantage of the free demos or jump in the race the following weekend.

Ladies, we have had nothing but fun in the first 2 years of this weekend. Guys, this makes a great gift (that is a little selfish because it will mean you have a partner who will kite with you (and maybe better than you), but that is OK).
