Hello and happy new year. We are very excited about the early season action on the snowkite speed contest from coast to coast. We have had a variety of weekly winners and a few days left to unseat Chris Krug from the top... or win an additional (surprise) category. And to celebrate 2010, we are adding a new category: distance. We have had a few people submit their season totals and they had snowkited over 2,000 miles during the season so we wanted to recognize snowkite endurance as well as speed. Now the strong will be recognized as well as the fast. Check out the list so far and notes on the new distance category on: We would also like to encourage EVERYONE to send speeds in- you never know when there will be a light air week in one area of the country. Weekly winners have gone as fast as only 25 mph to score a week's win and a great prize. And it will be a great way to track your own progress aiming for your personal best. Happy New Year.
