First to break 60mph this year was Chris Krug riding his skis and Peter Lynn Charger. He went 63.96mph in NH to win the week and an Ozone beanie. We would also like to publicly recognize Mike Elliot for taking week 9 with a speed of 53.3mph to win a Dakine Wallet (Chris tied that speed last week but we gave the prize to Mike because Chris was not fully in control when he went that fast... makes for a great story - check out his hardwaterkiter blog). We had a great week of submissions with some personal bests... Saulius Muliolis took advantage of the snow in PA (I am sure that was meant for us in VT) to break his own record and went 54.6mph... nice work Saulius.
