Guest, NABX? --- Just about as far as you can get from water (frozen or liquid) and still kite, huh? Thanks for the post! One quick recommendation: If you choose to post without signing in, please use a descriptive login so I can identify you later. Also, if you're considering posting a photo, do it! The probability of winning the 20/10 DVD is very high right now. Happy Photo Hunting, Eric |

Hey Eric, that NABX was Crabnebula launching a Yakuza for the tandem buggy that my girlfriend and I borrowed, then went 52 mph in the desert AHHA HAHA |

Thanks Crabneb-Zeb, Nice shot. The Yakuza is a sweet kite for buggy, I hear it's winning a lot of races (and takes pretty advanced handeling)... I bet packed dirt seems a pretty hard at 52 mph. Keep it up, Eric -------------------------------------------- P.S. I want to thank everyone who's entered the photo contest. These photos catch the true "summer snowkiter" spirit. I encourage anyone who hasn't posted a photo to do so. There are 9 more days until I announce the winner of the 20/10 Snowkite DVD. Good luck! |

I know you've got a ton of good photos Crabnebula, but I'm going to have to limit photo enteries to one per person. Now if you have a snowkiter friend, he/she could be encouraged (by you) to enter a photo of your mutual summer kite session... then share the 20/10 Snowkite DVD if one of you wins. Just an idea. Good Luck, Eric |

While the picture does not have me in it I'll enter it for my girlfriend. This is her on her first day with a real size kite. She is laughing because she has crashed it yet again and thinks that I am going to banish her back to the trainer (It may also have to do with the fact that she has also turned the bar upside down.) She has got the hang of the whole kite control thing now and were waiting for the lakes to freeze so she can tie her snowboarding skills into the kite and see what I have been so pumped about. Jefff
