Payment Methods.
The snowkiting.com e-store uses PayPal ™ Website Payments to securely process transactions. Accepted credit cards include Visa ™, MasterCard ™, American Express ™, and Discover ™. Customers may also use their PayPal™ account for payments. Making a purchase on snowkiting.com requires that the customer discloses her/his shipping address on the snowkiting.com website. Following that, the customer will be transferred to the PayPal™ website to process billing and credit card information. Because of this secure process, OPTUE LLC does not request, recieve, or record your credit card number or other critical payment information. OPTUE LLC is not liable for actions of PayPal™.

Shipping.
Items purchased on snowkiting.com will be processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Allow 5-9 business days for delivery (more during the holiday season). Orders may only be shipped to the continental 48 states and the District of Columbia in the United States. Individual DVDs, books, and t-shirts will normally be delivered by the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com). Orders that require larger packaging will normally be delivered by UPS (United Parcel Service) (www.ups.com).

Return Policy.
You may return new, unused, or defective products purchased from snowkiting.com within (30) days of the delivery date for a refund of the original purchase price. If the return is a result of a defective product or an error committed by OPTUE LLC, the return shipping costs will be paid by OPTUE LLC. If the return is not a result of a defective product or an error committed by OPTUE LLC, the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, nor will return shipping costs be paid by OPTUE LLC. The delivery date and return shipment date will be determined using the package tracking functions found on www.ups.com or www.usps.com. The return product must be shipped in its original packaging. Account Removal.
OPTUE LLC reserves the right to disable or delete your snowkiting.com user account at any time for any reason and without your consent, except under the following circumstance. OPTUE LLC will not delete or disable your user account if you have an open transaction involving a purchase on the snowkiting.com e-store, including unfulfilled orders or returns. OPTUE LLC will attempt to notify you immediately of any changes to your account status by sending an email to the address you have provided.
